Pilates is a form of non-impact strength, flexibility, and balance training with an emphasis
on the core that can be performed by someone at any age or level of fitness. Pilates promotes
a feeling of physical and mental well-being and develops body awareness. It is also helpful
in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries.
